We produce plastic cards, also cheaper paper or luxury wooden or eventually metal cards. Customer cards, loyalty cards, gift cards in a lot of different variations are still a hit – especially for marketing purposes. There is similar massive interest in cards equipped with contactless (RFID) or contact (SMART) chips – which is necessary for accurate functioning of systems on identification and access - access cards, ID cards, payment cards, ski passes, season tickets, tickets for travel.

A classic credit card size can be used for any standard purpose. For example, as a gift, loyalty, discount, customer, club, prestigious business cards, attendance cards, identification cards, season tickets, tickets, ski passes, hotel keys, ID cards etc. Cards standardized with CR-80 standard, both in terms of their dimensions and fixed position of some of elements used, exact location which is essential for the functionality of external readers, such as a magnetic strip, a contact chip, embossing and others.

    DIMENSIONS

    We offer cards in a wide range of sizes. Classic standard CR-80 card (85.6 x 54 mm credit card size), snap cards as well as any shaped cards in atypical dimensions together with special cuttings.

    Material thicknesses: standard thickness of plastic cards is 0.76 mm. In case of a chip card, material thickness is 0.80 to 0.84 mm. For atypical dimensions, we use a material thickness of 0.3 mm.

    MATERIALS

    Production material is PVC in white colour or transparent with double-sided lamination (shiny or matt). On request even other types of plastic (ABS, PET, PETG) or cheaper paper (approx. 300 g/m2) snap be supplied. An another cup of coffee are metal (steel and other materials) or wooden products, which are significantly more expensive than plastic and paper, but they can be very representative when properly designed.

    Elements such as a serial number, barcode, RFID chip, contact chip, magnetic strip (LoCo, HiCo), embossed data, signature field, hologram or other special elements, eventually 3D (lenticular) images can be applied to plastic cards only.
